Teacup is a term used to describe micro tiny puppies. Teacup is not a breed. It is used to describe size. Teacup puppies weigh 3 to 4 pounds full grown and micro are between 2 to 3 pounds. It is very important to purchase a teacup from an experienced breeder.
A teacup must be bred from a healthy line and bred from the line that is bred to be small. Many breeders sell runts of the litter as teacups. This is why many people think that teacups are not healthy dogs. They are healthy just like any other dog. Teacup puppies require a lot of attention and care. It is not easy caring for these pets. They are tiny and fragile. If dropped or stepped on they could be killed.
Most of teacup dogs can’t jump on the couch or climb the stairs. These tiny pets need lots of care and responsible adult owner. Teacup puppies are not for family with kids or large dogs. They like lots of rest. Teacup puppies are cute pets but they don’t fit in every family.
Don’t purchase a teacup if you feel that you can’t take proper care of this pet. These tiny loving puppies need lots of attention and a responsible owner.
